Weil Industries
is an industrial company founded in 1946 and based in Duttlenheim (67) near Strasbourg in France.
We’re a family-run SME that’s been in business for 3 generations. The company has steadily evolved, gradually moving from the electro-winding of motors to broader fields with a mechatronics focus.
Since 2001, Raoul Weil has continued to develop the company with the aim of bringing his customers’ projects to market, thanks to the expertise, excellence and technical skills of his teams.

A company with a commitment
We live up to them, in partnership with our customers and suppliers, by manufacturing as efficiently, sustainably and locally as possible, and by preserving resources, thus making every effort to achieve the lowest possible carbon footprint.
Weil Industries pursues a proactive policy in favor of the environment. Many projects are carried out on a daily basis to preserve our planet, for example :
- We’ve been using solar panels for over 10 years and we produce 30MWh/year, a production which corresponds to 10% of our energy needs.
- In 2023, we have planted more than 300 trees and shrubs on the company site.
- Every year, through our partners, we recycle steel (3 tons), stainless steel (31 tons), paper/cardboard, sensitive products (batteries, spray, sealants, electronics, etc.) and oils (5 tons).
- We pursue a policy of eco-design with some of our customers, thinking ecologically from conception to disposal.
